At this time ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all products; canvas, wall decor, wood and glass pieces, garlands, keychains, magnets, bookmarks, tie dye pieces and vinyl stickers. This is due to difficulty in properly returning a delicate item. No exchanges at this time. If for any reason an item is delivered damaged, something breaks, or is faulted please email me with details, photos and contact information!

I want every guest, customer and friend to feel excited with any item they purchase from Sarah Nicole Artistry. I am a small business and most of the artwork I produce is one of a kind and irreplaceable to some degree.

1. What if entered the wrong shipping address?
If you've entered the wrong shipping address please email Sarahnicolepaint@gmail.com as soon as possible for the correct shipping address, first & last name, and order number for accuracy.
2. How is shipping calculated?
Shipping can get expensive these days, so for the best rate SNA calculates shipping costs by total weight and/or dimensions of package, some items are lighter in weight which will be less expensive shipping, items that are heavy will cost more. If you have multiple items of different weights, your total shipping cost will reflect the total weight combined of all items going in one box.
3. Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes! The Artistry offers Digital Gift Cards of $25, $50, and $100. Once a gift card has been purchased, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value.
4. What is the order processing time/shipping time?
Current order processing time once your order is received can take up to 1-3 days. During this time I will be carefully preparing your items for proper shipping and a shipping label is created, then the package will be taken to USPS or proper carrier service. Your package will be delivered within the standard window time of 3-4 business days once handed off to carrier.
5. What is the Local delivery option?
Local delivery is an option for Washington up to 100 miles from Lakebay, WA and are set at various prices depending on miles. Free Local delivery is an option 0-10 miles from Lakebay, WA. Local delivery confirmation/setup will be sent via email or phone once the order has been received and confirmed. Please allow typical processing time of 1-3 days and delivery window will be standard 3-4 business days. Free local delivery times can be shorter. This option works well for orders close to Artistry Company location and or customers who prefer hand off over mail carrier services. Setting up delivery handoff will come after the order is placed. Its highly suggested that the package can be delivered to a person rather than left out unsupervised, but this won't affect delivery.
